FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Good care starts with good questions.

Understand services, booking, prices and the difference between personal and professional care.

How do I arrange care?

Send a care enquiry or call POA. Discuss the support, location and start date, then confirm the scope, availability and written quote before care begins.

Are all carers healthcare professionals?

No. Personal carers and household assistants provide non-medical support. Nursing and physiotherapy require appropriately qualified professionals; qualifications and availability must be confirmed before engagement.

Do you offer hospital attendant or bedridden care?

You can enquire about hospital attendants and daily support for people with limited mobility or bedridden needs through Patient Care and Post-Hospital Care. Clinical tasks require qualified professionals.

Which areas do you serve?

We welcome enquiries from across India. Share your city or town and the support you need; service availability is confirmed individually before booking.

Are the published prices monthly rates?

Not all billing periods are confirmed. The 24h and 8h flyer amounts are published reference rates, not confirmed monthly prices. Ask for a written quote with duration, billing period and inclusions.

Is an enquiry a confirmed booking?

No. An enquiry starts a conversation. Care is confirmed only after POA agrees availability, the service scope and your quote.

Can POA respond to a medical emergency?

POA is not an emergency medical response service. For a medical emergency, contact emergency services on 112 or your nearest hospital.

What information should I share?

Your name, mobile number, general locality, service and preferred start are enough initially. Please do not submit medical records, identity documents or detailed medical history.
